What is the process for returning the products?

At United Pharma, we are committed to providing high-quality essential oils that are ethically sourced and naturally produced. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase and enjoy the benefits of our products. However, we understand that sometimes you may need to return or exchange an item for various reasons. That's why we have a flexible and hassle-free return policy that allows you to return any unopened and unused item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges for opened or used items, unless they are defective or damaged.

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at support@unitedpharma.co.in or call us at +91-923 542 7220. Please provide your order number, name, address, phone number, image of product(s) and reason for return or exchange. Our team will guide you through the process and provide you with a return authorization number and a shipping label. Please pack the item securely in its original packaging and attach the shipping label to the outside of the box. Please do not send the item back without a return authorization number, as this may delay or invalidate your refund or exchange.

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund or exchange within 7 business days. We will notify you by email when your refund or exchange is completed. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Exchanges will be shipped to the original delivery address, unless otherwise specified.
